After their epic live session trilogy “Rain Shelter Sessions” CRYPTEX are back to continue this one-of-a-kind project on a new level.

Tankard’s sixth studio album emerged in 1993 and while their counterparts were experimenting with industrial and nu metal sonics in the 90’s the band stood firm and true to their thrash roots. 

As the thrash metal gave way to grunge in the 90’s Tankard stuck to their guns and released another fine slab of Tuetonic thrash in the ironically titled ‘Stone Cold Sober’ in 1992.

The debut album from the band was released in 1984, and was quickly recognised as the work of agitated and agitating talents. This album was a huge influence on the burgeoning death and thrash scenes at the time. A masterclass of riff tirades and unholy sentiments.

Released in 1985, the band’s second album had an ominous pall of doom and gloom, enmeshed in a sound both primitive yet also Wagnerian in its vast scope. Many claim this was a massive inspiration for black metal bands later in the decade. In truth, though, none matched what was here.

Heroes of the extreme metal scene, there has always been so much more to Celtic Frost’s music. From ‘Morbid Tales’, through ‘To Mega Therion’, onwards to ‘Into The Pandemonium’ and finally ‘Vanity/Nemesis’, this is a band who refused to conform or follow any specific musical direction.

In 2011 four young men sat together, reflected their previous work and agreed, that the next album should be something special. It shouldn’t only be the normal process of writing, playing and recording black metal songs – no, they wanted to exhibit a broad concept for the new album.

The clock is ticking – second after second, day after day, year after year. In 2007 the first sound was made by Zanthropya EX like a rushing river of blood and screams, naive but full of zest for action to reflect the world up to the darkest corner of its ugly face.

Roxin’ Palace is a new Sleaze Rock/Metal band, founded in 2011 by Alex Corona, guitar player of Revoltons, and Elvis “El Chino” Ortolan, ex-Elvenking drummer.

SAPIENCY, the up and coming Metal band from Frankfurt, was founded in 2009. Their debut album “Fate’s End” was released throughout Europe in collaboration with SAOL/H’Art in October 2010. It was highly praised by professional magazines.

The German Power Metal Band STEEL ENGRAVED was founded in 2006 by Andy Straehler, Marco Schober, Chris Wende, Thorsten Zirpner and Anton Weber.
In December 2009 Daniel Kieslinger joined Steel Engraved and replaced Anton Weber on the drums, Thomas Lang replaced Thorsten Zirpner on bass at the end of 2011.

Their first seven albums on the French Carrere label have now been amassed into ‘The Carrere Years (1979-1984)’, a four disc collection of the remastered albums, now expanded with bonus material and including an exclusive interview with the band within the liner notes.

“The Chrysalis Years (1980-1986)” collects together all six of the “post-Schenker” albums UFO recorded for Chrysalis in the 1980s. This anthology kicks off with 1980’s “No Place To Run”, now featuring the single edit ‘Young Blood’, available on CD for the first time, as well as its live b-side ‘Hot ‘N’ Ready’. Next up is a BBC gig recorded for Radio 1 on their 1980 “No Place To Run” UK tour. This is the first time the original broadcast has been released on CD in its entirety.

SEITA is a Brazilian four-piece band hailing out of Amsterdam that stands for straight up Thrash/Death Metal.

"Memories Of A Time To Come", the ultimate collection of BLIND GUARDIAN music from 1987 to 2011, will be released on January 20, 2012 via Virgin/EMI. It will be available as a double CD, three-CD deluxe limited edition, including the band's demo recordings when they were called LUCIFER'S HERITAGE, and as download.

Zanthropya Ex, founded in the year 2007 by the 2 brothers, Schinder Papst and JenZo, as well as M. Salazar. All from the town Trossingen, in southern Germany´s music high school town.

The back catalogue of the metal legend SAVATAGE has approached the next round – Savatage is back! with an exclusive, new shaped design including extensive liner notes and anecdotes by Jon Oliva himself. Furthermore, every reissue contains selected unreleased bonus tracks, some of which were previously unreleased.

After Stephanie Smith played in a band called SPECTATOR PUMP in the 90s, she founded her own band with the name KLEVELAND in 2000. The bandname arose while she was working in a bar.

KOTTAK is ready again! One year after the third studio album “Rock & Roll Forever”, SAOL / H’Art / Zebralution will release the bands fourth record called “Attack” on May the 27th.

The original “Deepest Purple” reached No.1 in the UK album chart in August 1980, displacing Queen’s “The Game”. It took a new release from AC/DC – an album  called “Back In Black” – to cut short Deepest Purple’s tenure at the top. “Deepest  Purple” was also PURPLE’s third No.1 album, after “Fireball” and “Machine Head”. Now, with this 30th anniversary edition, this juggernaut  of a compilation has been supercharged for the 21st century. The “30th anniversary edition” of “Deepest Purple – The Very Best Of” will be released on 29th October.

This is the final original DEEP PURPLE studio album of the EMI period to be remastered and features the Mark IV line-up featuring David Coverdale, Jon Lord, Ian Paice, Glenn Hughes  and Tommy Bolin. The CD features the original album remastered on CD 1 and the whole album remixed by Kevin Shirley (Iron Maiden production supremo) on CD 2 along with 2 previously unreleased tracks. ALISON MOYET, born in 1961, conquered the international Pop-world in the 80s, with her impressing and unique voice. After her last solo album "Voice" (2004), which reached Top10 and Gold status, the 44 year old vocalist now releases her first Live-DVD, titled "One Blue Voice".  The DVD contains a live recording of a concert at the London Covent  Garden in June of 2005, where the artist was accompanied by a band consisting of 8 musicians, including a string quartet. Additionally, the DVD comes with four bonus tracks, an interview with sequences of four further songs, the promotional video "More" and a picture gallery -  definitely a convincing work of this extraordinary singer.

The fans of the British Heavy Metal band IRON MAIDEN are already waiting anxiously for August 29th, 'cause on that day "Death On The  Road" will be released, another grandiose live CD of Steve Harris and his buddies.

The Scorpions are by far the most successful Rock export of the last  decades. 2004 they celebrated another hit with their album  "Unbreakable". On this occasion the Scorpions now release the DVD "One Night In Vienna", which has been recorded during the "Unbreakable World  Tour" in the summer of 2004 at the Vienna Donauinsel.

Recorded on the occasion of the 25-year jubilee of the band in december 2004 at the Sierra Nevada Brewery, California.

"W.A.R.P.E.D." is the second solo album of the guitarist, which is convincing in content as well as musical.

The album finally got a name: "Peace among the ruins". On June 6th of 2005 the album will be relased worldwide at Inside Out. A tour is planned for the spring of 2006.

Doctor Butcher is a sideline of Jon Oliva and Chris Caffery, both known from Savatage.

The new album, released only 2 weeks before the London Live-show is named "Present". The first CD contains six compositions(40 minutes of duration, comparable with an old vinyl), which are kept in song structure. One of them is called "On The Beach": a beautiful lyrical song, including a switch into a meditation-like groove. The second CD offers ten instrumental improvisations, which means more than one hour of rousing and fascinating excursions into the exiting world of where Rock, Jazz and Electronic meet.

Exactly 20 years ago the first album of Overkill "Feel The Fire" was released. On the occasion of their jubilee their 14th studio album will be released: "RelixIV".

Actually, the band's name gives it away. All their life, the five guys did nothing but that: Living Loud. Jimmy Barnes, Bob Daisley, Lee Kerslake, Steve Morse and Don Airey, the five Living Loud musicians, have played in some of the greatest Rock bands of all times. Now, the experiences of all five are gathered in the Living Loud project.

On November 29th of 2004, Def Leppard releases a "Best-Of-Album" and a "Best-Of-DVD" at Universal. Def Leppard is one of the most successful British bands ever and has been decorated with platinum several times during their career.

"Changes" presents GODSMACK on the Road and was recorded by Daniel  E. Catullo III and Andrew Mac Naughtan during the "Faceless" tour  2003-2004.
